In my recent visit to 7Leaves Cafe during their Grand Opening, I was excited to try their drinks and experience the event. The parking at the Promenade plaza and the availability of a drive-thru were convenient for patrons. The promotions and drink samples offered during the event allowed me to try different drinks, and I ended up ordering the House Coffee and their best seller. However, the Grand Opening event could have been run much better, as I had to wait for 2.5 hours on a warm day, and some patrons left due to the wait not being worth the promotions offered.
On subsequent visits, I encountered issues with upsizing and receiving the correct items, which affected my overall experience. The customer service recovery efforts were mixed, with some positive aspects but also room for improvement in organization and management.
Despite these challenges, 7 Leaves is one of my favorite coffee locations due to the unique flavors they serve. I particularly enjoy their thai tea and taro milk teas, with the boba as a delicious add-on. The drive-thru service is efficient, although friendlier and better customer service from the staff would enhance the overall experience.
My interaction inside the cafe left me feeling unacknowledged, with staff members lacking attentiveness to take orders. This aspect significantly impacted my impression of the service quality.
