I recently visited Agave Coffee & Café, and I must say, I love this place. It’s super underrated. The chilaquiles here are better than other places I’ve tried. The salsa is very tasty, a tangy mix of tomatillos and regular red sauce. The supreme chilaquiles were amazing and filling, although the chips were a bit harder than I prefer. The customer service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
The food was very good, but they might want to consider cutting down on the seasoning for the potatoes. The egg and bacon sandwich was delicious, and the white mocha coffee was very good. Overall, the dining experience was very welcoming. The place has a great selection of seating options, from indoor modern to laptop-friendly spaces and an outdoor patio.
The staff, particularly Jose, made sure our experience was exceptional. We felt very welcome, almost like family. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we definitely plan on returning.
