I visited Biggby Coffee at Frandor and found that the employees always do a solid job. The BOGO coupons they offer are a huge plus – they make it a lot cheaper than Starbucks, which I’m currently boycotting. This location is nice and convenient, and the drive-thru window moves pretty quickly. However, the lack of consistency is a big problem. Sometimes the drinks are spot on, but other times they’re not up to par. The cleanliness of the men’s bathroom also needs improvement, as seen in a picture.
The BOGO coupons definitely save money and make the trip worthwhile. It’s also considered a better alternative to Starbucks. Additionally, the food at Biggby is viewed as better and healthier by some.
However, my experience of purchasing a 16 oz coffee inside the store was disappointing. They didn’t have breakfast blend at 9:00 AM, and the roast I chose was less than lukewarm. This lack of hot coffee was shocking and resulted in me withdrawing my business.
Another reviewer experienced slow service at this Biggby location. Furthermore, being served with different lids for different beverages was not satisfactory, and the barista was not friendly. This customer also recommended visiting a different Biggby location for better service.
