I visited Biggby Coffee multiple times and unfortunately, each experience left me dissatisfied. The wait time for my coffee was unacceptable, sometimes taking up to ten minutes even when the store was not busy. Furthermore, the location seemed understaffed, posing safety and service issues. The lack of urgency and assistance from the management was evident and concerning. While the staff were generally kind, I observed instances of unprofessional behavior, such as a barista’s reaction to my specific order.

During one visit, the customer area was poorly lit, and my latte was made with regular milk instead of oat milk, despite my request. These issues indicate a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. On another occasion, I received the wrong order and was met with unsatisfactory customer service when attempting to rectify the situation. These recurring incidents led to my decision to cease visiting any Biggby locations moving forward.

Moreover, the quality of the products at this particular Biggby Coffee was disappointing. I was dismayed to find out that flavored and fresh coffee options had been discontinued, and my purchase of stale coffee and a poorly prepared bagel further contributed to my negative experiences. The decline in product quality reflects poorly on the establishment.
