I visited Biggby Coffee, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. The selection of drinks and food is extensive, which I loved. The cold brew was exceptionally smooth, and the sweet cold foam added the perfect touch of sweetness. The bragels were delicious, and the option to customize everything was a great feature. The staff was friendly and humorous, making my visit even more enjoyable. The interior was well-decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. It was also located in a nice area, although I wished it was closer to my home.
I LOVE this place, especially the Downtown Dayton location. The friendliness and kindness of the staff made a significant impact on my experience, especially when I needed a pick-me-up. Biggby is known for its consistency, but unfortunately, I had a different experience at one location. The sandwich I ordered tasted odd, and the drinks were overly sweet. However, the drive-thru staff was kind and attentive, which somewhat compensated for the quality of food and drinks.
When I decided to try something new, the Golden Honey Latte with cinnamon, turmeric, and honey caught my attention. It turned out to be absolutely delicious, and the speed of service at the drive-thru was satisfactory, given the time required to craft each specialty drink.
This particular Biggby Coffee has become one of my favorite coffee chains in Dayton. Their coffee options are unparalleled, especially considering the price. Even though I haven’t tried their food, I can attest to the exceptional coffee selection, which I highly recommend. If you’re a fan of Dunkin, this place is a must-visit. I make an effort to go as frequently as possible to indulge in their offerings.
