Caffè Paradiso Reviews and Opinions

I visited Caffè Paradiso, an intimate Italian cafe in Boston with a bustling atmosphere. The owner, Louie, made me feel like a local and knew many patrons by name, creating a welcoming vibe. The Espresso Dupio and Pistachio sponge cake were phenomenal, making it a must-visit spot in Boston. I was very impressed and definitely plan to return on my next visit.

I also stopped by for cocktails with friends and found the espresso martini, lemon drop martini, and pistachio martini to be very good. I appreciated that they accept credit cards, which made the experience more convenient. In the morning, older customers chatting in Italian over coffee created an authentic and charming ambiance.

Although I enjoyed the food and drinks, the $15 tiramisu seemed a bit pricey, despite being delicious. While my mom loved it, the cost was a bit of a deterrent for me. Additionally, I found the coffee shop to be a bit dated, and my latte was only average. However, the cannolis were tasty, with no wait to get them.

On another visit, I ordered a cappuccino and a pistachio martini. The cappuccino was okay, but unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the martini at all. The service was average, and while they accept credit cards, there is a minimum spend of $10. Overall, the drinks did not leave a strong impression, so I may not revisit this place.
