The coffee shop I visited, Coffee Down Under, left me with a fantastic first impression. The spot was not too crowded when I went, but the ambiance made it seem like it could get quite busy. Despite that, the staff was pleasant, helpful, and patient, which made my experience even better.

The latte I ordered was perfect and absolutely delicious. Even though it was a bit extra sweet for my taste, I can understand the appeal of the maple latte for others. I appreciated the flavor, and I’d definitely come back to try something different. I was particularly intrigued by the unique concept of having a speak-easy below the coffee shop, doubling as a coffee and liquor wine bar. The romantic and private sections make it a must-see and a unique experience. The fact that it’s open late adds to its charm.

However, not all aspects of my experience were positive. While the coffee section and baristas were amazing, I couldn’t help but notice the negative attitude of one particular staff member. The white lady with black hair at the vault door for the bar entrance was very cold, rude, and off-putting. This kind of behavior tainted my overall experience, making me hesitant to return despite the allure of the actual bar.
