I visited Coffee & Water Lab, a coffee shop with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5, and I must say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The place has a very clean look to it, and the staff is friendly. The seasonal special I tried came with a gingerbread man on the cup, which added a delightful touch. I found plenty of parking available, but there wasn’t enough indoor seating. They did offer a couple of outside tables as well, a thoughtful option for enjoying the coffee in good weather.

The pourovers I tried were delicious, especially the gesha, which was well-extracted and super pleasant to drink. The minimalist vibes of the place and the decent amount of seating made it a great place to chill. I also took advantage of their occasional deals on beans and ended up buying two bags, both of which turned out to be awesome.

I’m absolutely obsessed with their almond milk cappuccino, finding everything perfect about it from its temperature to its flavor. I was also satisfied with the beans I bought, but I must admit that the food was disappointing. Something should be done with those toasts.

During my visit, I observed the cutting-edge machines and unique roasting equipment in use at Coffee & Water Lab, impressing me with their passion for the craft of coffee.
