When I ordered, one of the employees seemed angry while texting. I noticed how unprofessional that was. Also, the $3.91 large iced tea I ordered tasted like fermented vinegar. It was disappointing, and the staff’s reaction to my complaint made it worse. Their irritation and lack of proper hygiene when handling the food left me with an unpleasant feeling.
On the other hand, I have visited Dunkin’ multiple times without any issues. I particularly enjoy their Boston creme donut and hot chocolate, and I would definitely recommend them to others. The service has been quick, and the employees were outgoing and nice during my previous visits. This positive experience makes me want to return despite the recent letdown.
However, I was quite dissatisfied with the manager’s behavior when I called with a concern. Her obnoxious and rude attitude was very unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. She doubted my complaint and acted inappropriately, which was disappointing.
