When I finally reached the window, the employee displayed an attitude and was unreasonably rude, which left me shocked and appalled. The disrespectful behavior exhibited by the employee was completely unacceptable. Disgraceful behavior!!!!!

Additionally, my order was incorrect, as I received a double sausage bagel sandwich with only one sausage. This careless mistake reflects poorly on the establishment’s attention to detail and quality control.
