When I visited at 6:45 pm and requested a large coffee order, Melissa provided excellent customer service by educating us on their ordering process, despite the initial challenge of placing a last-minute, large order. Her efforts were commendable, and although her co-worker seemed displeased initially, they did fulfill our request in the end.
During my morning visits, I found the staff inside to be friendly and efficient, ensuring accurate orders and hot food. However, some aspects of the drive-thru experience were less satisfying. While it was quick, the individual taking orders over the microphone came across as loud, rushed, and at times inaudible, suggesting a need for reevaluation of this part of the service.
On a positive note, I received great service with fast order fulfillment, accompanied by a clean store, demonstrating the team’s attention to both customer satisfaction and store cleanliness, which is crucial. But unfortunately, my experience mirrored Joe Pesci’s joke from the movie Casino when my coffee order went awry. Despite asking for 4 creams and 2 sugars, I received an incorrect concoction along with a poor attitude.
