I had a highly frustrating experience at Dunkin’. Despite there being no one ahead of me or in the store, it took an inexplicably long 7 minutes to get my order. The staff in the back were loudly engaged in their own conversation, making the wait even more irritating. After finally receiving my wrap and heading to my vehicle, I returned to use the restroom, only to find it barricaded off. When I inquired about it, the employee told me it was broken, but then said someone was in there and I had to wait. This contradictory response was both confusing and infuriating. As a customer who had traveled over an hour, I simply wanted to use the restroom, and the refusal left me completely fed up. It’s frustrating when businesses lock their restrooms, especially when you’ve spent your hard-earned money there.

Went to this place in the morning and the women spoke in Gujarati saying “What am I still doing here”. I was just checking my phone and she said that thinking I wouldn’t understand. They should be little considerate of what they say.

My 17yr old son was looking for a job. So he figured he should try and ask for an application since they had a big sign saying they were hiring. Once you drive in there’s a sign and a sign on the window as well. But soon as he walks in and ask. They took one look at him and say where not hiring. But they have a sign advertising that they’re hiring. I felt like they had profiled my son as soon as he had walked through the door. Once I came back to the car he seen sad. So I walked inside myself but soon as I walked in. They were laughing saying. Yeah he didn’t fit the profile. They Didn’t think that I was his father. I’m so disgusted. They are racist. I’m a white male and my child is mix. He’s a white male, mixed with Portuguese. His mother is Portuguese. If they treated me like that. I wonder how they treat people of color. Just nasty people. I don’t recommend it at all.

This Dunkin doesn’t have a drive-thru, so your only options are either curb-side pickup or in-store pickup. This visit was during a weekend morning and it was pretty empty. The Covid precautions are in place with masks mandate. The ordering process was quick. I had a couple of coffees, bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant, and some cheddar roll. The food was decent and the coffee, amazing! I mostly enjoy Dunkin for their coffee. My overall experience was decent.

Needs improvement: They advertise cleanliness and social distancing. However, I was very disappointed to see the cashier handle my cash and then run over to the coffee station and prepare my drink with NO GLOVES. She was mixing my drink, handling the lid and cup with no gloves. She also forgot part of my order and appeared annoyed when I asked her to please add the missing items.
