As a frequent visitor to Dutch Bros Coffee, I can confidently say that my overall experience has been positive. The food is good, but nothing necessarily groundbreaking. The staff members have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service, always being super nice, welcoming, and helpful. The cleanliness of the drive-thru and lack of litter contribute to a pleasant environment, although the limited space means there isn’t much to say about the atmosphere.
On the downside, one repeated issue seems to be the inconsistency in getting the correct drink size. Out of the 9 different interactions, I’ve been charged for a medium drink but received a small multiple times despite making it clear that I wanted a medium. This recurring mistake has been frustrating, and it’s left me wondering if my order preferences are being overlooked.
Despite this hiccup, Dutch Bros Coffee has consistently delivered on taste across various locations, from Hillsboro to Ontario. From all parts of Oregon, I’ve never been disappointed with the taste or quality of the coffee. The crew at this particular location is friendly and has even started remembering details about my car, adding a personalized touch to the service.
