I recently visited Dutch Bros Coffee and had a great experience every time. The location is a bit far for me, but it’s definitely worth the drive. The Medium Iced Hazelnut Truffle Mocha with 2 extra shots and no caramel drizzle tastes much better here than at any other Dutch Bros location I’ve been to. I highly recommend this awesome location, the drinks are amazing.

The staff at this Dutch Bros location are very sweet and welcoming. They make sure to provide excellent service and good conversation, which I appreciate a lot. Even though the location is far from me, I’ll definitely stop by here any chance I get because of the great experience I’ve had. The employees make sure you get a good conversation even if it’s quick.

I’ve been going almost every day for the last 3 weeks, and it has been consistently great. My drink, an iced oat milk latte w/hazelnut, is never overly sweet, and the people working there are genuinely nice. The customer service is amazing, and the quality of the food and beverages is excellent.

On the other hand, I was extremely disappointed with the service on one occasion. There was a young lady with an attitude, and the music was blasting so loud that it was uncomfortable. When I asked if the volume could be turned down, I was met with a negative response. My drink was missing an ingredient, and I had to ask again, which was frustrating. Ultimately, I felt unwelcome and left feeling very sad.

This Dutch Bros location offers infinite drink options, from coffee and espresso to energy drinks, smoothies, shakes, teas, and now protein coffees. I absolutely LOVE this location. The customer service is amazing, and the quality of the food and beverages is excellent. It’s the only coffee shop I’ll go to, and I highly recommend it. The O. G. Grand Canyon Freeze with an extra Dub Shot is a particular favorite of mine, and I will never go to any other coffee shop again!

The majority of my experiences at Dutch Bros Coffee have been extremely positive. The drinks are delicious, the staff is welcoming, and the wide range of options makes it a top choice for me. However, the negative experience with the loud music and rude service was very disappointing. Overall, I still highly recommend this location.
