The drive-thru line tends to get long, and the set up requires waiting on the side street until there is enough room. The parking lot setup is disappointing and can cause congestion. However, I appreciate the friendly staff and the great coffee. Despite the potential for busy times, the staff efficiently fills orders, and the rewards program is excellent. The cranberry orange top with a rebel drink is a favorite for my wife in the morning, and the rebel drinks offer many flavor combinations. Personally, I always opt for the Picture Perfect Freeze, suitable for any time of day.
