I visited Dutch Bros Coffee recently, and I’m excited to share my experience. The first thing to note is that they only offer drive-through and walk-up service, so there are no tables inside or out, making it a to-go experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they play amazing music from Dutch Bros Radio instead of standard playlists. It added to the vibrant and fun atmosphere. Additionally, they introduced a high protein drink menu, challenging my previous assumption of Dutch Bros being solely focused on less healthy options. Although there’s a small extra charge, the option to add 20 grams of protein to any drink is a great addition.

What I appreciated most was the friendly staff and their straightforward size options. No confusing terminology, just small, medium, or large, which made ordering simple and hassle-free. They also provide free water, although I cannot guarantee the quality of purification. The creamy whip on top of the drinks was simply delicious, and the service was exceptional.

The staff’s cheerfulness and commitment to expediting the drink delivery, even in inclement weather, stood out to me. I also noticed that they recently upgraded to tap and pay, which was a welcome change. My interactions with cheerful named employees – Brie, Sydney, and Christian – were genuinely positive, enhancing my overall experience.

However, not all experiences were as pleasant, as some employees made snarky comments about tips and added excessive ice to the drinks. Despite this, the positive experiences with the drinks, customer service, and friendliness outweighed these instances.

Overall, my visit to Dutch Bros Coffee was enjoyable, and I had the opportunity to try the pink flamingo rebel, which I highly recommend. The fantastic customer service, reasonable prices, and pet-friendly treats make it a new favorite for me. However, I did notice that prolonged conversations during the order process could be considered excessive, especially during busy lunchtimes.

My experience at Dutch Bros Coffee was largely positive, but there were some minor areas that could be improved. Yet, the overall atmosphere, innovative drink options, and exceptional customer service make it a coffee shop worth visiting again.
