I visited Dutch Bros Coffee in Lexington, Kentucky, and I was blown away by the experience. The anticipation built up over the years after watching them on Undercover Boss, and I was thrilled to finally try it. The absence of Dutch Bros in Ohio made this visit even more special. The lattes were simply delicious, and the quick service at the drive-thru was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the pricing was fantastic, especially considering the generous size of the drinks. In fact, I was shocked at the affordability; paying only $12 for two 16oz drinks was a steal compared to the average price back home in Ohio.

The journey from Louisville to Lexington was well worth it, as my husband and I fell in love with our drinks – the Golden Eagle and the Caramel Chai with honey vanilla Boba poppins. We are already planning to make the trip again. The idea of having a Dutch Bros in Louisville is very appealing to us.

My monthly drive from Cincinnati to Lexington for the sticker is always rewarded with outstanding drinks at Dutch Bros. The blended rebels with soft top are a personal favorite. I genuinely hope Dutch Bros expands closer to Southwest Ohio in the future.

During my first visit, I was impressed by the variety of non-dairy options available and the friendly, energetic staff. Their positive energy added to the overall great experience.

The exceptional service provided by Chris, despite my large order of 10 drinks, deserves special recognition. His consistently positive attitude and excellent customer service mean that he truly deserves appreciation and recognition for being an outstanding part of the Dutch Bros team.
