Dutch Bros Coffee Reviews and Opinions

I ordered a medium iced coffee Caramelizer with extra caramel and two pup cups. It’s windy but a nice day at 84 degrees. Dutch Bros always has people taking your order far before you get to the window. Sometimes they bring it out to you while you’re still in line. I always choose Dutch Bros! My favorite drink is the iced kicker! 6 shots and Irish cream flavored!

I absolutely love the coffee at Dutch Bros; however, my experience here on 19th is never a positive one. Every time I go to order and ask them to add creamer and sugar to my coffee, they always suggest I don’t or try to get me to not add creamer and sugar. I’ve stopped going because I don’t understand why the employees continue to try to change my order when I am a paying customer. I rather go to the one on University. Their customer service is great and I never have to fight with wanting to order my coffee just how I like it.

This location used to be awesome and now it’s kind of meh. The drinks are good but they are really slow and the workers aren’t really personable. They only had like 4 or 5 cars in the drive-thru, so I went to the walk-up window, it took 15 minutes to get my drink. Their drinks are still great though, I think the service has just taken a dive. They also almost never actually give me the teacher discount when I have my badge because LISD badges say “staff” and not “teacher.”
