I visited Four Seasons Coffee yesterday with my husband, mistaking it for Starbucks, but we were pleasantly surprised. The latte I ordered was just right – not too sweet or acidic, and perfectly comforting. My husband loved his frappe and said it might be the best drink he’s ever had. Nitish, who took our order, was really nice and took his time to perfect our drinks, which we appreciated. The unique blend of beans they use adds to the special taste.

The customer service was wonderful and the coffee was excellent. The staff, including Holley, were friendly and did an excellent job. I would love to see this coffee shop on every corner. You definitely get your money’s worth, along with a smile.

However, there was one negative experience when I received an iced latte despite ordering a hot one. The barista had an attitude when I inquired about it and made me wait while serving others. Communication and service in this instance were disappointing.

In contrast, my hot white mocha latte was delightful and even better than Starbucks. Mr. David, the staff member who served me, was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. His impressive hospitality made me decide to make this coffee shop my go-to choice from now on.
