I visited Gratitude Coffee Bar, and I must say, it has been the best addition to Concord in 2023. The small business truly thrives, and I love supporting them. The quality of their coffee, tea, and food is top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed their chai tea and matcha lattes. The use of real matcha and the balanced sweetness of their chai tea really stood out to me. Their almond croissant, croffle, and scones were simply delightful. I was pleased to see that they also support other local businesses, such as “Out the Dough” for their cookies and a local bakery for their pastries.

The customer service at Gratitude Coffee Bar is exceptional, and the friendly and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot in the area. I was impressed by the beautiful and peaceful lounge area in the back, which can also be used for events.

I highly recommend this cafe, as it has become one of my favorites in Contra Costa County. The exceptional lattes, latte art, and friendly baristas make the experience truly delightful. Furthermore, the pastries sourced from East Bay Bakery are among the best, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Hot Orange Cardamom Latte and Iced Latte.

Despite the positive aspects, there were some areas for improvement. I wished for a broader selection of baked goods to accompany the coffee, and I felt that a larger menu display would have been helpful. Additionally, there were some issues with the service, and the layout of the ordering and pick-up areas caused some inconvenience during the busy Sunday morning.

However, the gratitude-themed touches like the heart design on the drinks and the overall cleanliness and spacious ambiance added to the positive experience. Overall, I left Gratitude Coffee Bar with a smile and would certainly recommend it to others.
