My experience at Just Love Coffee Cafe in Mesa, AZ was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location was accessible despite some construction on the main road, and the staff was extremely friendly and offered helpful suggestions. I ordered an eggnog latte with caramel and a cinnamon waffle, and both were tasty. The service was prompt, and they also offer outdoor seating.

However, the breakfast meals were a letdown. The chicken and waffles were disappointing, described as over-spiced and lacking crispness. My scrambled eggs were pre-cooked and room temperature, with the waffle not meeting expectations. The bacon and fruit cup were the highlights. Overall, the food did not live up to the positive experience with the staff and drinks.

The drive-thru experience was also subpar. The lady taking our order was unhelpful, and the food we received was undercooked and lacking in flavor. The tater cake was so undercooked that we had to return it, although the lady inside was very nice about it. Moreover, the waffle-themed creations were not as advertised, and the food was unappealing.

My final impression was marred by a long wait and poor customer service. Waiting almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru for ice-cold food was unacceptable, and the response from the management was disappointing. Despite my willingness to return the food, I only received a $15 store credit after spending $30 on a disappointing meal. The lack of a refund and unsatisfactory resolution led to a decision not to return.
