I visited Mi Cafesito, a small coffee shop inside an old school mall, after reading about it in the Fresno Bee. The first thing that caught my attention was the affordable prices, with options like an Ice Vanilla Latte for almost $6.00, which was a bit more than I expected but still worth it. The employee who took my order was friendly, making the experience pleasant.

When my friend and I went to the Blackstone store, we didn’t receive a warm welcome. The staff seemed disengaged and unprofessional, with one employee on her cell phone and not bothering to provide basic service or hygiene. My iced Horchata tasted overly spiced, but my friend enjoyed her Iced Mexican coffee. The lack of napkins and proper service was disappointing.

On the other hand, at the original Mi Cafesito location, I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially to my clients from the adult day program I work at.
