Old Country Coffee Reviews and Opinions
I visited Old Country Coffee, a small café nestled on W 34th Street in NYC. This hidden gem exudes charm with its adorable decor and warm atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, adding to the overall appeal of the place.
The food and coffee are simply amazing, making it a must-visit for those who appreciate great vibes and delightful treats. I found the items reasonably priced for the location, and many patrons seemed to enjoy studying and spending time there.
During my visit, I indulged in a gingerbread latte, which was absolutely delicious. The bagel was good as well, although the prices were a bit higher. Despite this, I don’t mind supporting a small business with a friendly and welcoming environment like Old Country Coffee.
The ambiance of the café is very cute, and the service was great. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee was cheaper than what I would find at larger chains like Starbucks.
A small and cozy setup, the café was a delightful find during my walk. However, not all experiences were perfect. On one occasion, I tried the rose latte and the bagel with lox. Unfortunately, both were subpar. The rose latte tasted odd, unlike the expected flavor, and the bagel lacked sufficient lox and cream cheese, falling short of NYC standards. Despite this, I may return for a different pastry in the future.
Overall, my experience at Old Country Coffee was positive, with a majority of the aspects earning praise. The warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious coffee, and reasonably priced items make it a standout choice for those seeking a quaint and inviting coffee shop.
