Operation Brew Coffee and Bakery Reviews and Opinions

I visited Operation Brew Coffee and Bakery, a cute and popular spot that tends to fill up quickly, especially on weekends. I arrived early to secure a table, and I’m glad I did because the place got packed by 10 a.m. The bakery offerings were truly amazing, with my group enjoying everything we tried. The coffee drip was decent, but not the best I’ve had. However, I did really enjoy the raspberry latte.

The atmosphere of the cafe is definitely cool, with dope vibes and an Instagram-worthy aesthetic. I tried the recommended Avocado toast but found it to be underwhelming. Nevertheless, the overall vibe was great, and I particularly enjoyed the spicy mocha.

During my visit, I observed that the staff at the counter service were friendly, and our drinks were made promptly. The cafe also has a comfortable ambience, making it a lovely spot to hang out or study. The wide array of beverage and dessert options on the menu was impressive.

Despite some minor issues, I am considering a repeat visit, as I found the atmosphere to be great once again. The warm honey latte I tried was lovely, and my friend enjoyed the warm strawberry latte. The cafe’s ambience is definitely enjoyable, whether you’re there with friends or alone.

On the downside, my friend and I had to wait quite a while for our coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we noticed some dirty dishes left on tables during our visit, which was not ideal. Despite these hiccups, we still plan to return in the future.

Operation Brew Coffee and Bakery is a beautiful place with delicious desserts and coffee. While there were some service issues, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it to others looking for a charming coffee shop with a pleasant atmosphere.
