The coffee shop I visited, PJ’s Coffee – Irving, is an amazing place with a convenient location on Highway 161. The view is nice and the service is wonderful. The staff is friendly, and there’s melodious music creating a lovely atmosphere. Plus, they offer a new Texas flavor of Louisiana coffee.
The drive-through at PJ’s is short and sweet, and they offer a delightful spinach and feta croissant, as well as fluffy beignets with satisfying chocolate sauce. The coffee is brewed to perfection, creating a bewitchingly harmonic balance that has earned PJ’s a spot on my list of favorites.
The vibes at PJ’s are great, and the place is much cleaner than others. Their coffee is better tasting and not loaded with sugar like some other popular chains. I was recommended to forget about Starbucks and come here, which turned out to be great advice. The staff is friendly, and the trendy decor adds to the overall appeal. Plus, my kids enjoyed the food, and we were gifted fresh beignets to taste, which were so yummy.
The baristas, including Jocelyn, John, and Doris, were fantastic, and the owner, Ms. Jackie, is a really nice and sweet person. It’s clear that the staff here goes above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming environment for their customers.
