Scooter’s Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in the USA! Every time I travel and can’t get Scooter’s, I feel a bit affected because their blended drinks are the best. They use an ice cream base instead of just ice, making the drinks incredibly rich and delicious. My personal favorite is the candy bar blender, called a zero bar, with lots of whipped cream – it’s absolutely indulgent.

I appreciate that they have options for kids, like the smoothie for my grandson who has specific dietary needs due to being Autistic with texture aversion to food. The staff at the Council Bluffs Madison Avenue location have been accommodating, even if the menu doesn’t offer a specific item for my grandson.

Overall, my experiences at this coffee shop have always been great. The exceptional service from employees like Spencer and Chloe has made my visits truly enjoyable. They were super friendly and efficient, which is always a plus when I’m on the go. The dedication of the staff to improve the customer experience is evident, and it always brightens my day.

On the downside, I had a disappointing experience with finding strands of hair in my matcha green tea smoothie not just once, but two days in a row. This was quite off-putting, especially considering that this is the only Scooter’s location where I’ve encountered such issues. As a result, I won’t be returning.

In summary, Scooter’s Coffee consistently provides an excellent experience with delicious drinks and friendly staff. However, the issue with hygiene in one of their locations has made me reconsider visiting again. Overall, my love for their drinks and great service keeps me coming back to other locations, but unfortunately not to the one with the hygiene issue.
