I visited the Starbucks next to Chase bank and found the staff to be fast and provided excellent customer service, both inside the store and at the Drive-Thru. It’s a great location for me and the new Vanilla Bean custard Danish is my absolute favorite. The convenience and quality of service make it a solid choice for me.

One incident involved a rushed service and a forgotten item, while another left me without a receipt for a cash transaction, leading to a feeling of unprofessionalism and lack of respect.
Additionally, I encountered an issue during a special event release. Employees allowed friends to purchase items before the doors opened to the public, resulting in a wasted effort on my part. The lukewarm coffee, unpleasant smell of the marker used on the lid, and a subpar food service added to my disappointment. This experience was very disheartening and left me dissatisfied with the service.
