On one occasion, I witnessed a lack of attention from the employee at the drive-thru window, who was engaged in a personal conversation with the car in front of me, causing a significant delay for other customers. This behavior left an impression of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Not receiving the expected level of service led me to seek my coffee elsewhere, ultimately impacting the shop’s potential sales.

Additionally, my orders were consistently incorrect, with mistakes occurring at least twice a week. This lack of accuracy became frustrating, especially when my specific preferences for cream and sugar in my coffee were not fulfilled.
