On Red Cup Day, I was pleasantly surprised by the associates’ continued friendliness despite the numerous orders and customers. They remained amiable and appeared happy, which contributed to a positive experience.
Unfortunately, there have been consistent issues with the drink quality at this particular Starbucks location. I’ve noticed that they don’t always put enough syrup in drinks like vanilla lattes, and sometimes the coffee flavor is lacking in drinks such as cappuccinos or lattes. This inconsistency has led to disappointing experiences, affecting the overall quality of the visit.
One specific incident where I requested 4 pumps of syrup for a grande vanilla latte, but the barista only put 3 half-pumps while speaking to a co-worker, left me feeling let down. This consistent issue has impacted my trust in the quality of the drinks served at this location.
