Starbucks Reviews and Opinions

I visited Starbucks in Olde Plano, and I must say, it was one of the more pleasant places to lounge. The service was quick, efficient, and there were zero errors even for modest customizations. The place was well maintained, inviting, and clean – a good pit stop or time-out spot with abundant parking stalls nearby.

The seating area was different from what I’ve seen before, feeling like I was in the lobby of a hotel, with no square table tops, just benches and sofas. It’s worth noting that this location will likely become very busy soon due to the nearby apartments complex, but for now, it’s a neat, clean, and quite serene space.

I was very impressed with everything about this Starbucks. The two baristas were outstanding, making my drink and sandwich perfectly and quickly. They also treated me and every other customer with kindness and took an interest in us as whole people.

However, not every experience was perfect. When I ordered a cinnamon caramel cream nitro cold brew, it wasn’t what I expected. It was way too strong and didn’t have the usual cinnamon flavor. Moreover, when I tried to raise my concern, I couldn’t reach the manager as nobody answered the phone to help me.
