I visited Starbucks and found the experience to be quite mixed. The order was ready on time, and the baristas were friendly and seemed happy. This created a positive atmosphere. My order was also prepared correctly, which was great.

The outside seating area is nice on warmer days, but it’s unfortunate that homeless individuals harass patrons. However, I understand that this is not Starbucks’ fault or issue.

I particularly enjoyed the egg bites every time. However, it was disappointing to find the bathroom out of order and having to wait to have my order taken. The shop was very busy, and the inside was very small. There was also not enough parking, which was inconvenient.

I would recommend using mobile order to avoid being stuck inside for long periods. This could alleviate some of the busyness and crowding issues.

However, there is a serious concern about the owner’s behavior. The owner reportedly takes pictures of paying patrons and has been unprofessional. The incident of taking pictures of high school students and sending them to the principal is deeply troubling. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of understanding of one’s role as a business owner. I would advise potential customers to be aware of this issue and consider spending their money elsewhere.

On a positive note, I had a mishap where I spilled my coffee, and Ariana, an employee, helped me clean the floor and made me a new coffee. She was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.
