I visited Starbucks, a popular coffee shop with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find no one there despite the store being open. It took around 7 minutes for a lady to show up, which was not the best start to my experience. However, I decided to try the hot chai latte and I must say, it was the best one I have ever had in my life.
The service and timeliness definitely need improvement, but I can’t deny that the tea was delicious. My favorite aspect of this Starbucks is the pleasant staff and tasty drinks. Ms. Carla and Ty were particularly helpful during my visit. They not only made my complicated drink with a smile but also assisted me with purchasing color-changing cups for my kids. The customer service was amazing, and the espresso they made was the best I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service.
I cannot speak highly enough about the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter. The staff always remembers my drink and consistently makes it the best. A special shout out to Carla and Haley for consistently being awesome.
The coffee shop offers a pretty cool atmosphere and good coffee, but I was slightly disappointed by the use of plastic for everything. It would be great to see more environmentally friendly options such as paper straws and containers. While I enjoyed the scones, I was disappointed that they came in separate plastic containers for dining in, which did not align with my environmental values.
