Overall, Starbucks has always been one of my favorite coffee shops, and I am particularly fond of this specific location. The staff consistently deliver excellent service, and they never fail to make my orders just the way I like them.
On my recent visit, I unintentionally caused a delay in the line, but the employee handling our orders remained understanding and professional. Despite my mistake, the staff ensured that our experience was positive, for which I am extremely grateful.
However, there were a couple of instances where the service did not meet my expectations. When I entered the store, I was left unacknowledged for several minutes, despite the presence of multiple staff members. This lack of greeting and attention was disappointing and did not align with the usual high standard I expect from Starbucks.
Nevertheless, I must commend the recent remodel of the location, as it has improved the overall ambiance. Despite the occasional issue, the service is generally pleasant and efficient, with the staff being friendly and adept at their roles.
