I visited Starbucks and had a mixed experience. The service was overall good and friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious coffee they served today. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted my visit.
When I ordered ahead, a slight delay occurred due to the customer in front taking a long time. Furthermore, I was disappointed when I tried the cold Mocha crumb Frappuccino but couldn’t drink it until I got home because the straw was cracked. Despite this, the drink itself was good.
Another issue was the presence of a huge pothole in the drive-through, which has been getting bigger over the past few months. I have brought this to their attention multiple times, but it seems like no one cares, making it difficult to avoid going into it every time I turn that corner. On a positive note, the service at this location was pretty good.
Despite these setbacks, I also had some positive experiences at this Starbucks location. When I stopped by close to closing time after a long drive, the staff greeted me with the same lovely, high energy typical of any given day. The cashier was extremely courteous and friendly, and the barista made our chai teas perfectly. I appreciated the effort made by the late-shift ladies and would definitely consider stopping here again.
On the downside, I encountered some issues with the staff’s behavior. When I walked up to place my order, two associates were engrossed in a conversation before acknowledging me. Moreover, the barista seemed “put off” when I asked for a receipt and had to change the receipt paper.
