It is frustrating to repeatedly encounter such inconsistencies, particularly when paying over $6 for a drink. I am deeply disappointed by these recurrent mistakes and the lack of attention to detail.

On a brighter note, I have generally found the service at this Starbucks to be great, with employees named Patrick and AJ consistently delivering exceptional service.
