I visited Starbucks recently to check out their collection of tumblers. The location was easily accessible, and I appreciated the nice ambiance. However, I was disappointed with the very limited selection of cups and tumblers. It would be great if they could expand their collection in the future.
The branch was cozy and clean, with a capacity of 60. There were plenty of chargers available, and I liked that there was both indoor and outdoor seating. The option for drive-thru pick-up was convenient.
I had mixed feelings about the service. While the staff members were friendly and helpful, there seemed to be a lack of teamwork during the drive-thru experience. I also encountered an issue where I paid for two coffees but only received one and a half. This made me feel the pricing was unfair and left me hesitant about returning.
On the positive side, I had a delightful interaction with a woman at the drive-thru. She was kind and engaging, which made my day. I also received a delicious drink with generous caramel syrup.
My best experience was when I was assisted by a young man named Tony. He introduced me to a wonderful cold brew vanilla concoction that I absolutely loved. It’s a shame that this location doesn’t have a higher rating, as the people, location, and coffee truly deserve it. I also appreciated the cool shaded patio area outside.
While the limited tumbler selection and service issues were disappointing, the friendly staff, delicious drinks, and pleasant atmosphere make Starbucks a place worth visiting again.
