On the other hand, there was a disappointing encounter where a worker displayed unsanitary behavior by taking items from the display and placing them with the mobile orders. This action left me feeling disgusted and raised concerns about their cleanliness standards.
However, the positive experiences must not be overshadowed. I appreciated the quick and friendly service from Jo & Cassie. Their efficiency and warm attitude left a lasting impression. Furthermore, the convenience of preordering through the app and finding my order ready upon arrival, accurately prepared, was commendable.
