Waiting for 45 minutes for an iced green tea and a sandwich is unacceptable, and the frequency of mistakes in orders and missing food items is disappointing. Consequently, I’ve opted to visit a different, albeit more distant, location to avoid the extensive wait times and errors in my orders.
