I visited Starbucks around 12:30, and the lack of busyness was a pleasant surprise. The only staff member working was a girl who was incredibly nice and efficient in making our drinks. I particularly fell in love with the white chocolate macadamia cold foam, which even converted my husband, who isn’t a fan of coffee, to start enjoying a cold brew with macadamia cold foam.
The positive experience continued with the welcoming and efficient staff who made me feel appreciated and valued. However, the experience was not entirely flawless. During a drive-through visit, I ordered an iced tea with no water, but upon receiving it, I found it to be very lightly colored and flavorless, unlike the dark and flavorful teas I’m accustomed to receiving from another branch.
Although this discrepancy could be the reason for me to reconsider visiting this branch in the future, I must acknowledge the exceptional service and friendly attitude displayed by the baristas. Despite a busy and hot day, when a misunderstanding led to my iced drink being served hot, the barista recognized the error and promptly made a new one, demonstrating a positive attitude even during a rush.
