The variety of good food options also contributed to my positive experience, even though there was a minor issue with a dirty lobby on one particularly busy Saturday morning.
Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the warmth usually found at Starbucks Pueblo, CO, was missing at the pickup counter. The cashier seemed disengaged and did not offer a solution when I inquired about an alternative for the out-of-stock sleeves, which was a bit disappointing. However, the drive-thru service was outstanding, thanks to Erin’s infectious smile and exceptional customer service.
On Christmas Eve, despite only one working espresso bar for both the store and drive-thru, the staff’s resilience and hard work were impressive. Although the wait was a bit longer, the dedication of the staff was clear and it earned my respect and understanding.
