The initial encounter was disappointing. I ordered a hot Pike Place coffee but was served lukewarm Blonde instead. When I complained, the staff simply returned the same coffee, only colder. Furthermore, witnessing them telling another customer that they were ‘out of coffee’ was simply outrageous.

However, there were some positive experiences as well. I found that this Starbucks was the only one to consistently make my favorite drink, the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, perfectly. Hayley and Kiara stood out for their exceptional skill in making drinks and their polite and friendly manner.

Unfortunately, not all staff members performed as well. I encountered an Asian girl who struggled to make my drink correctly on multiple occasions. However, on my third visit, a different employee successfully made it to my usual standard.
