I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. I asked for a coffee with oat milk, but received regular milk instead, despite informing the staff about my allergy. The barista, Lilana, was extremely rude and seemed more interested in her boyfriend than serving customers. To make matters worse, she walked into me and didn’t even apologize. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I’m also disappointed with the inconsistency in flavors at this Starbucks. It seems to depend on the barista serving me, which shouldn’t be the case. While the flavor was perfect this time, they forgot to add the whipped cream that comes with it. I expect consistency in flavors, regardless of who prepares my drink.
The service was slow and inefficient during my last visit. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for my coffee cake, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Additionally, my latte was lukewarm by the time I left the store. This kind of service is below the standard I expect from Starbucks.
