I went to Starbucks, and I love this location. I’m a regular customer at this location. I’m there so much they know exactly what I’m going to order and how I’m going to order it. The owner is really nice, and so are all of the baristas. They are kid-friendly as well. The atmosphere is great, and it’s very clean. They never complain when you want to tweak your drink and modify a drink to your liking. *Eddie puts time into making my drink, and you can tell*.
I had one negative experience at Starbucks, where they accused me of stealing a cup. It was rude and offensive, and I will never come back. This incident impacted my perception of the coffee shop negatively.
On the positive side, I had the best Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had, and I thank Kelly for making my coffee so perfect! ♥️ I also appreciate the efforts of the barista who made my coffee good. However, I had an instance where they didn’t get my order right, which was frustrating. It was disappointing to receive the wrong order after clearly specifying my preferences.
Lastly, my most uncomfortable experience was when I encountered rude and nasty behavior from the staff. The ladies working there were very rude and looked at me bad, especially the old lady. It would be beneficial for the reputation of the coffee shop if they changed their personnel, as kind people do not want to see ugly faces.
