Their refusal to pressure customers into tipping is impressive; I appreciate being able to make that decision without feeling coerced. The spacious interior and outdoor seating are appealing, but it was too hot for me to enjoy the outdoor area during my visit.
The hot latte I ordered was perfect, and I appreciated the clean store and bathrooms. The passcode on the bathroom door saves baristas from unnecessary interruptions, which I found thoughtful.
