I visited Statesman Coffee Company and had a great experience overall. The outdoor patio seating was clean and inviting, providing a pleasant atmosphere. I tried the Dirty Chai Caramel Thing and Peppermint Nana, both of which were awesome. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the white chocolate mocha. The medicine ball tea was perfect, and the warm, fresh blueberry scones were delicious.
Our server, Michaela, was super friendly and patient, going out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, even making a treat for my baby. The entire staff was top-notch, and we even received stickers of the month and found their merchandise to be impressive. The convenience of the drive-thru was also a big plus.
On the other hand, my experience at another location, specifically the Buffalo Gap branch, was not as positive. There was an issue with my gift card balance, and despite raising it with the associate and manager, I did not receive a proper response. As someone who values customer service, this lack of resolution led me to take my business elsewhere.
The coffee at Statesman Coffee Company was good, and the service was efficient. However, I do think the pricing could be more competitive for standard coffee. Despite that, it remains a place I would recommend for a quick coffee stop due to the overall positive experience.
