I recently visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and I must say it has become my new favorite coffee shop. The staff there are always kind and friendly, ready to serve and make recommendations. My personal favorite is the Winter Dream Latte, and I can’t get enough of their baked goods, particularly the almond croissant. I highly recommend this place, and the experience has been great overall, receiving a 4.2 out of 5 rating.
However, not everything was positive. There were some issues with the restroom where you need to make a purchase in order to receive the code, which seemed unnecessary and frustrating. This customer service issue is something that needs to be addressed and improved, as it might deter potential customers from returning.
On another occasion, I experienced mismanagement, such as long wait times due to technical issues with the POS system and difficulties with mobile orders. These incidents left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Furthermore, encountering cold and stale coffee, along with unprofessional interactions with the staff, was really disappointing and not reflective of the positive experiences I had previously.
