I visited Thou Mayest – River Quay, and it’s safe to say that the vibe walking up to the place was already promising. The atmosphere is great and versatile, perfect for catching coffee alone, with friends, or for business. Even on basic drinks, you can taste the difference in the coffee, and my latte was made perfectly. I also indulged in their cinnamon apple pop tart, which was super good. I’m definitely trying their cinnamon roll next time. The unique cereal bar adds a fun touch for cereal lovers.

The Harvest Moon latte was a hit for me; a PSL but not overly sweet. The lavender and bee pollen latte was also delicious, and the decaf americano stood out as one of the best, with very low acidity. However, the seating area was limited, with some people hoarding large spaces for themselves, which could be improved.

The curated kitsch with a fishing vibe at Thou Mayest contributes to a wonderful atmosphere. It’s a terrific place to work, gossip, and get your caffeine fix.
