I visited Niche Coffee Company and was delighted with the experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. However, there were slight delays when it got crowded, but the overall friendliness compensated for this. The pastries were also top-notch, especially the raspberry & chocolate bar, which was absolutely amazing. However, I must note that the prices are on the higher side, with a $7 coffee.

The ambiance of the coffee shop was cozy and inviting, and I thoroughly enjoyed the decor. The Flat White I ordered was nothing short of delicious. The Matcha latte and pumpkin spice latte were both delightful, with just the right amount of sweetness. The banana bread also stood out, surpassing the offerings of larger chains like Starbucks.
