I visited the Starbucks on Union avenue, and my experience was disappointing. Upon entering, I immediately sensed an air of unhappiness among the employees, evident in their body language and lackluster communication. My turkey bacon, egg white & cheese sandwich was poorly assembled, the cheese stuck at the bottom of the bag and the bacon undercooked. The entire ordeal made me request a refund, which took an exasperating 3 days to receive. The iced matcha tea I ordered was initially served hot, and although it was remade properly, the service lacked enthusiasm and left me dissatisfied. My overall time spent at this location was 30 minutes, culminating in an inadequate experience.

I’ve had better experiences at Starbucks, and this particular location fell short of my expectations. The drive-through only setup led to a long line of cars, but the service was efficient. I did enjoy my iced mocha, with no complaints about the drink itself. However, the review mentioned earlier had me hoping for a better experience. The staff seemed disinterested, with one employee even walking away from the drive-thru line despite the accumulating wait. This lack of proactive service led me to leave and find a better alternative.

My experience with this Starbucks was abysmal, and I consider it one of my worst experiences at any Starbucks. Despite placing an order through the app, my drinks were not ready upon my arrival as promised.
