The employees seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers’ needs. The staff displayed a complete lack of warmth and attentiveness, which made me feel unwelcome. When I pointed out errors in my order, the staff seemed frustrated and made minimal effort to correct them. Even the manager did not seem concerned when I brought these issues to his attention, offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation.

Additionally, the food quality was subpar, with a raw bagel and a burnt croissant. This experience left me with a negative impression of the establishment. The coffee also had a poor taste, giving the impression that it had been sitting in the pot for days. The service received when ordering donuts and iced coffee was also underwhelming, with the attendant displaying impolite behavior and a lack of customer service skills.
